• An investigation into unpermitted grading and grubbing done by Kualoa Ranch at 49-93 Johnson Rd.

• An investigation into how a permit was issued to Kualoa Ranch, a private corporation that does not own the property at 49-93 Johnson Road.

• Halt issuing permits for all construction, including the existing gate at 49-51 Johnson Road.
